About Rachel


Dr. Rachel Nekati is a transformational trainer and cognitive behavioural life coach with over two decades of experience. She is the founder and CEO of Achievement Enterprises, now celebrating its 19th year. Dr. Nekati holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience from the USA, an MSc in Business and Organizational Psychology from the UK, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Botswana, along with multiple psychology accreditations.

An accomplished author of three books and a strategic leader, she has held executive roles in major organizations like Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, and DeBeers Botswana, with international experience in Singapore, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Ghana. Dr. Nekati has coached high-profile individuals, including Ministers, CEOs, and senior executives across various sectors, and notably led the Culture and Mindset Change Training for Botswana's Senior Officials. Her bestselling book, "Just Shift: Self Mastery Guide to Mindset Change," helps individuals develop a growth mindset and enhance productivity.

Dr. Nekati established the Online Soft Skills Training Academy, offering interactive and adaptable courses. Her Mastery Coaching Masterclasses and YouTube channel, "Just Talk with Rachel," have further expanded her audience. She also serves as the Board HR Chairperson for Morupule Coal Mine and Botswana Digital Innovation Hub and has held similar board roles at Water Utilities Corporation and Botswana Technology Centre.

Dr. Nekati, a passionate champion for mindset transformation and personal growth, continues to inspire and motivate individuals and organisations to achieve greatness. She is inspired by three core values: passion, purpose, and impact.
